Random color is the best sometimes.

Planning and sweating to make a pretty garden for the big event, and then Nature, (in God’s perfect way) comes along and plants not one, but two beautiful flowering beauties in a crazy spot.

I like that so much.

This is a columbine, variation of the Colorado state flower (blue version).  The plant to the right of it, surging out of the picture, is one which will bloom later. I got that one as a starter from my dad and somehow this one also migrated down to this spot. They are perennials, so they come back every year. Nobody told me that they might just come back somewhere else though!
